Good taste, took 2 gummies a day as instructed. I have observed that it significantly helped stopped following hairs a few weeks after taking these multi-vitamins. Also helped strengthened my weak nails, however, can not see the difference in my skin.60 gummies come in a plastic bottle for a month's supply and will buy again. These are suitable for adults and children aged 16+ years.Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome of the product and would recommend it.

I like them.Doesn’t have a vitamin taste.They do have a bit of a texture to them.They are very easy to chew.I love that I can get vitamins in a chewable gummy.I’ve noticed new hair growth and my nails, which usually crack and break during cold weather, are strong and growing quickly.Will definitely buy them again.Recommended 👍👍👍
