I’ve been ordering these ever since I delivered my baby. It’s been 11 months and I’ve enjoyed these. They taste pretty good. I feel like they definitely do help keep me from getting sick. I haven’t had any lactation issues so I’m not really sure if these are helping or not but it makes me feel good to know that I’m trying. This is the first batch that I’ve gotten that has been kind of dry and dark colored, maybe this was a bad batch or an older batch. I’m not sure. Anyway, I would definitely recommend these. You just eat them like gummy bears.

Ok, I feel crazy admitting this, but I think these gummies actually helped! For those ladies struggling with your supply, boy do I know it’s frustrating as all heck. The power pumping, the creams, the exhaustion!Well these gummies alone may not solve your problems but they do help!!!I am dairy free so it was difficult to find lactation cookies that meet my dietary restrictions. I didn’t have to worry about that with the gummies. They are tasty and have the same texture as most gummy vitamins. I would give these lactation gummy’s a shot.Good luck ladies on your lactation journeys! And remember, you’re feeding your baby, not your freezer!!!

I’m on baby 2 (6m pp) and these have saved my hair this time around! Plus they are so yummy and are packed with tons of other goodies. My milk supply has also been steady (I pair this with the boobie hydration packs).

I’d heard several moms having luck boosting their supply with these. Didn’t work for me. Plus they were rather sticky. I had to slam the bottle on the counter repeatedly to get anything from the second half of the bottle. I even broke down and used chopsticks to get the last three out. Delicious though!

I really liked the flavor of these gummies and I think it's adorable that they are in the shape of a bear. I did not, however, like the texture of the gummies. They were kind of gritty feeling and more like a fruit snack gummy rather than Swedish fish, and I prefer the Swedish fish texture like Nature Made's gummies. Overall though, taking three of them every day felt more like a joy than a chore.In terms of lactation support, I can't really say for sure if they helped maintain/increased my supply, but it definitely didn't hurt. I'm 50/50 whether I would recommend these or not to someone.

I am pretty positive these gummies helped bring my milk supply up along with all the other things I tried. they taste good, are easy to chew, and have a soft/smooth texture. they were easy to use at work because the bottle is not too big, though it’s also not small. I think it’s a good value for your money!

Utterly NOT my cup of tea flavor wise, honestly not the foulest supplement I've tried BUT, it definitely seems that my supply is on the upswing, at least 10-20 mls more per session that before (and that's prior to hand expression too!)The texture of the gummy is quite firm, so of you're not a fan of elderberry you will be chewing for a hot minute. However they seem to be a quality gummy, that does what it claims, at least for me!
