This pepper opener is simple and easy to use. It makes opening pepper containers much easier and saves me time in the kitchen. It feels sturdy and works well. Definitely a handy little tool to have around.

I make and bottle my own hot sauces, and I had long wondered whether a tool like this even existed. So when I discovered this, I bought it, and wow, am I impressed! I cut a pepper in half, and then this tool quickly and thoroughly removes the pulp and seeds. That’s huge! Most of the worst of the heat is in the pulp, and when you’re dealing with habaneros and ghost peppers, getting it out makes the flavor more accessible to more people, and lets the other flavors in the sauce shine through. And you can cook and blend a sauce all you want, but the seeds will somehow make it through unless you get them out from the get-go. It’s a simple and instinctive tool to use, sturdily built, and the price is great. I couldn’t be happier with it.

I bought this on Prime Day. I like stuffed Jalapenos and thought this might be a cool gadget. It far surpassed my expectations! It is very sturdy with a solid heavy handle and quality metal that doesn't bend or deform when you use it. I am not sure how they created the exact shape for the blade, maybe extensive experimentation, modeling the physics of the blade and the pepper, or some advanced AI. In any case, it easily removes the seeds from medium of larger jalapenos without splitting them. It won't work with very small jalapenos, but I don't stuff the little ones anyway.

Nice well made tool, but doesn't work to core smaller jalapeños.

This tool works really well for deseeding and deveining peppers. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient it cleaned them out.

The width of this corer is quite large, too big to use on most jalapeños. I would have returned it but the closest drop off point was too far away.

I really don't understand why people are complaining about this item, For coring jalapeno peppers it works great , Although it could be a little more sturdy It does exactly what it is set to do Just take your time with it you will learn how to use It, It does make the job of coring jalapeno peppers much easier

We love our Jalapeno Pepper Poppers ( aka "Atomic Buffalo Turds" ) and using this tool makes coring and removing the seeds so easy. Using the tool cuts a lot of time out of the preparation process. We are seriously considering a second one as we make about 60 jalapenos in a batch. Highly recommend purchasing if you love your stuffed peppers. A suggestion, they are great in the oven and awesome done in a smoker. Enjoy!

Super sharp and cool but I think our Jalepenos are too big for it. It doesn't reach through to the other side.

If your going lots of stuffed jalapeños get this. Saves a ton of time
