Nutravita collegan powder.
I have been buying this brand for over 10 years. I have found very good. I fallen a lot due to a stroke. I think it has helped me . This product lasts me for over a month, I put in two scoops stir it in my porridge. I think good value for money.

Good stuff
Very good collagen, always dissolves and no taste - though I put mine in coffee which has a strong flavour. I like that it has a scoop too, unlike some other more expensive ones.

Great product but not tasteless
I mix this with a marine collagen. 10g of each which is the maximum dose. My nails and skin have improved greatly. I heal faster and the readness has gone from my face. I haven't exoerienced improvement in joints yet though. I take it with vitamin C to make sure it's aborbed. It has a very strong beef tast so I have it with bovril (beef drink).

Whats changed
I am on my 9th container of this collagen, the first 8 were off white and tasteless, however this one i have now is much darker in color and it has a taste to it. So I'm not sure if it's a one off or they have done something different to it

Collagene
Ho iniziato ad assumerlo da una sola settimana..quindi ancora non saprei...il gusto è neutro , si scioglie molto bene e i risultati vi aggiornerò. Assumo 10 g la sera nella tisana ☺️
