Khrome Werks HP-Plus Slash-Down Slip-On Mufflers 202355

I installed the 3" Slant Cut mufflers on my 2013 FLSTC. I have to say what an impressive product. I also wanted to get Khrome Werks new muffler clamps and had a great experience with their customer service. I did not realize it was a new product and called multiple motorcycle stores to try and track them down. I eventually called Khrome Werks and the wonderful lady who answered the phone, tracked some down and sold them to me directly. Now THAT is customer service! I really appreciate that. I was afraid she was going to tell me to just wait and buy them when they are released.The mufflers were very well made and beautiful right out of the box. Nice shiny chrome and not a flaw anywhere. They installed easily on the bike, with all holes lining up and threading easily. Firing up the bike was the icing on the cake. What a great sound. Low and rumbly with a nice growl. I have heard other bikes that have an almost "tinny" sound from their aftermarket pipes. This is nothing like that. Definitely nicely tuned.I also felt the bike had better low end torque and seemed much quicker at acceleration.I have to say that I am very pleased with Khrome Werks products and customer service. I highly recommend this product.
