What are la, la1, la2 equivalents to live, common, neutral?

It doesn't need the neutral wire, the lb equivalents to live and the lb2 equivalents to light wire.

Does the 2-way function on this switch work with any other located 2-way switch or must the other existing switch also be the exact same as this one?

It can only work with our BSEED 2 way switch.

Do the 3 dots on the light switch illuminate when the light is off?

No and they don't illuminate when the switch is on either. Also they're not fluorescent so you can't see them in the dark. The dots are raised so, as the description says, they're purely tactile.
