The lighters work well they mush have been sent with some bad butane or something but after refilling them several tims now with good lighter butane, that I use in my others I know work very very well, they work very well and light most every time with a good flame so I would now say excellent for the price!! These are refillable! I bought these because my old lighters had run out of fuel. I'm cheap and one of the old ones apart to see if I revive it. No. This item is cheap and well reviewed. They came today and work as expected. However, I didn't realize they are refillable and even came with a cartridge of extra butane. Great! And less rubbish for the landfill.

Good price and they include extra fuel. Great for fireplaces but not childproof

On my order, the lighters themselves were filled, but the extra fuel supplied was a tiny 18ml bottle. I sent a quick note to ToyArama and they replied the next day indicating they'd already dispatched a proper 300ml can of fuel, which indeed arrived just a few days later. So, the lighters themselves are functional and easy to use w/o any trigger lock, the shipping was fast, and ToyArama was responsive and quickly sent the correct 300ml can of fuel.

Very hard to light and it takes a lot of strength to keep it lit. I won't purchase this brand again.

They work fine, cheaply made, one broke in half taking out of package. Probably wouldn’t buy again, will find a different brand.

These are great lighters. It is one of my huge complaints with a lot of lighters on the market, that they are not refillable. BUT this one IS. I have no idea why companies like BIC and others choose to not allow you to refill the lighters. So they just take up space in the trash heap after a short use span. I mean it's not like kids should really being playing with lighters anyway so it can't be a safety issue. I think it's just greed. But enough about that. I use mine for 4 main things. 1) To light the grill. Because no matter how expensive of a grill I end up buying the sparker will go out for sure within two years.2) I also use it to light my fake fire logs in the fireplace. Because I don't really want to stick my hand all the way in there when I'm turning on the natural gas with one hand and trying to light the fire with the other. It's about as far as I can reach even with the extended length of this lighter. But it works great for that. 3) Lighting birthday candles. 4) Lighting my stove on the right side burners because they stopped lighting themselves. I could easily see it being very helpful with lighting candles or the pilot light on your furnace or hot water heater. Or even getting a pit fire started outside. Safely with a water hose ready to go near by.
