the length on the xl is a good size for me, I am 5'7 and the arm length goes over half of my hand. The length on the body is halfway on the glutes area, it doesn't shrink much from washing so I should've purchased a large instead of an xl. I also weigh 180 last time I checked? I don't have a measuring tape sorry.
