I feel that the salmon was a tiny bit too salty but the quality is good and the price was right. The bowfin caviar was really good!

Loved this. Small pearls, wonderful flavor. Served it with creme fraiche, buckwheat blinis, snipped chives and some good vodka. Definitely recommend.I realized that since I retired from being a chef, I haven't had good caviar in a very long time. This definitely filled the bill!

We ordered this before and the taste was great. This time it was so salty we could not even eat half of the container, it was like eating pure salt. What happened? An unhappy costumer.

Sooo delicious! I bought the 2oz and it was almost too much for the two of us...we had to find ways to use it up! Oh, the horror!
