Recently bought this item. The first one arrived swiftly. It gave up the ghost just as quickly. Within 20 minutes the boiler still generated steam, but the nozzle refused to let any of it out. So back it went. The replacement arrived a little later. On its first use the pump kept pumping loudly, and the unit started leaking. No steam was generated.Save yourselves a lot of trouble and don't buy this utter pile of rubbish.
