Finn Crisp Sourdough Rye Thins, Original Crispbread, 7 Ounce Boxes (Pack of 9)

These crackers are really good, I got the original flavor. The texture is crispy and light, sort of like a kettle cooked potato chip but the are strong enough to spread on or scoop with. They don’t fracture and leave pieces and crumbs all over. With 7 cracker @140 calories you get 10 grams fiber which I really like. It’s just whole grain rye flour, water, yeast and salt. They don’t taste salty so you can top with whatever you choose to increase salt or decrease if you choose. I will buy these on the regular. My boyfriend said they taste kind of like grape nuts, I think they taste like earthy like rye with a hint of sourness from the sourdough and sweet like grape nuts or any whole grains but not sweet like wheat thins or ritz ( no added sugar in my savory crackers please!) the packaging is a bit odd how it opens like a case for store display but we powered through the first box and they stayed crispy till end without storing in a bag or container. Really good crackers! So far I’ve had them with smoked kipper snacks ( polar) and cream cheese and also with Tillamokk sharp cheddar, I look forward to trying them with Brie and some silver poodle goat cheese. I ate one with sweet and spicy mustard and it was great. So many options, they taste good and carry toppings well. Would like to make a charcuterie board with fruits , arugula, cheese, etc. I think they would be great with hummus. I’ve been eating them for lunch everyday! I would like to see some sesame ones, maybe the already exist.....?

The cracker has a great sourdough umami flavor. It is filling and the ingredients are anti-inflammatory so it makes a great companion for a healthy dip like hummus.

I loved the large round crisp breads forever and was happy to see these sourdough rye thins available. They taste great and are compatible with my diet. Great product! 100% whole grain rye with lower sodium.

We love this product! I’m German and grow up with it . Not cheap though . I used to pay a € 1 in Germany. Just glad I can still buy it on Amazon

I learned about this product while travelling with friends and liked it so that immediately ordered for myself and wife. From that time on, few of our friends were treated to it and immediately ordered. It is real good.

Its good with some cheese, herring, or smoked salmon on top. But you must be a civilized and measured person, unlike me, the mindless chewing makes the crisps sour tasting and remorseful afterward.

I’ve been buying Finn sourdough crackers for years and years. They’re my favourite and taste great. I try not to eat too much bread or baked goods so these suit me and don’t cause me any tummy issues, I think it helps because they’re sourdough. I normally have up to 5 for lunch with any topping, they work with everything and are filling. They go a long way so good value for money and a box lasts a while. Only downside is I’m not finding them as easily, they don’t seem to be in all supermarkets, hence my bulk buy at Amazon. Enjoy! 😁

Bought to have with morning tea ( before exercise). Good substitutes for biscuits or cookies. I use it like biscotti- and dip it into my tea. Gives me fibre and carbs without the sugar rush. Keeps me full until breakfast ( 2-3 hrs away). Also great with dips, thin yet firm. I spread it with peanut butter or nutella- and its a energy booster for the mid afternoon cravings. Good replacement for bread- as made with all whole grain flours. Also a complement to salad and soups - to add a healthier version of croutons or breadsticks. TIPS: -best to keep in airtight container- to avoid sogginess - when transporting- I apply a thin layer of oil- and then the spread of choice- the oil acts as a barrier to prevent mushiness. Wrap in parchment paper , and then put into lunch box. -
