FACT: If you learn how to use this properly you can forget buckets, plastic hoses, attachments, coffee, etc. This thing is all you need if you follow these instructions. PERSPECTIVE: Not 5-6 weeks ago I was assembling plastic hoses with Water syringes, buckets. Drawing water in, trying to inject into my rectum. YOU CAN DO THIS FAST AND MORE EFFECTIVE WITH THIS. CAVEAT: You might not be able to get away with having an enema attachment in the shower permanently if you have a spouse you have to hide this this from or kids that will ask questions. I am single and I love that this is a permanent part of my shower experience. TRUTH: There’s no going back once you start doing this. It works too well. You will never have to poop again during the daytime hours if this is a part of your morning routine. It’s truly Next Level Shit. 1.) Connect this thing with an extra-long Shower Hose. This is very important to get the right angle to insert into your anus. I use a shower chair and a 12-foot shower hose. 2.) YOU MUST attach a Flow regulator to this thing. It will be impossible to control the waterflow and temperature properly from the shower handles only. 3.) Do not skip step #2. 4.) Consider a flow divertor switch between the shower head and the enema attachment. In fact, you can go with a 3-attachment setup if you use two flow divertors. a. Flow divertor 1: Goes between the enema hose and your handheld shower hose. b. Flow divertor two. Goes between your rainfall shower head (or normal shower head) and the handheld. Shower head. 5.) You need a powerful handheld showerhead so you can spray your poop down the drain after you inject your ass with water. If you pop out a large dump in the shower you must be able to break this up with the handheld shower head or you will have to turn the water off, grab toilet paper with your wet hands and clean up a pile of shit in your shower before rinsing off the rest of the residual shit before you soap up. Just use a high spray handheld shower head, spray around the residual poop, wash gradually down the drain. You can even use your feet to smash up the poop if you must. You are going to soap up shortly anyway. Sounds gross but it works. 6.) When you are ready for the Enema, put your leg on a shower chair if available. 7.) Dip the tip of this Enema attachment in a tub of Vaseline 8.) USING A WASHCLOTH TO HOLD THE BASE OF THE ENEMA HOSE, Guide the tip towards your rectum. 9.) If you do not use the washcloth, it will be too slippery to push into your ass and it will fall out. 10.) Once you have the tip in your butt. GENTLY begin to adjust the water regulator until you can feel water being injected into your ass. If you have not yet taken a dump (recommended before all of this) you won’t be able to hold much. (Tip: at this point, turn the shower off and sit down on the toilet or you will shit everywhere in the shower). 11.) After that first evacuation, you can really get going. Go in spurts of 4-5 seconds with a water release. Pinch your rectum, hold in each load and then evacuate (yes, in the shower). Do this several times. 12.) After these “hold in evacuations” you should be relatively clean pretty far up there. Get ready for step 13. 13.) Now you can let the water run in your ass AS LONG AS YOU maintain the act of attempting to poop while the water is running. This prevents water buildup. The water just goes in and flows out like a fountain. If you stop the act of attempting to Poop/Push while the water is running the water will again start to accumulate in your colon. You should be able to insert the entire length of the device. Use an in and out motion while the water is running. YOU’RE NOW CLEAN AS A WHISTLE! 14.) Watch out for residual water loads after you think you are done. (Tip: crouch in the shower and see if you have to evacuate. Chances are you do.) Now get that last bit out! It will feel like mild Diarrhea leak, but you don’t want that going on once you’re trying to dry off. SO PUSH. PUSH! (as Jack Nicholson said in “The Bucket list” with Morgan Freeman, “Never Trust a Fart.”) 15.) Soap up, wash your ass. Spray any excess fecal matter down the drain.

Product is just great. Smooth, easy inserting, the right diameter, good reach. This is essentially a "solid" rod of a flexible material with a consistent 1/4" bore all the way through an 11/16" diameter shaft. It's quick and easy to use, and the price is acceptable for the quality and claims. The threads were a perfect fit with my existing shower massage hose, so I was eager to give it a try. I have a WARNING however, directed at users. The product is advertised as "flexible" and I remembered seeing parts of either ads or reviews touting the flexibility and ability to "reach deep", so I erroneously thought/hoped it was flexible enough to make the turn from descending colon to transverse colon. It is NOT flexible enough to do that. With the water running as a lubricant, I tried to force it gently around that bend and just eroded the bend point and damn near punctured my colon. I did not earn a fast ride to the ER, but noted pink mucus for days. Mea culpa. So don't repeat my idiocy. I modified the product after a few days use by drilling four 1/4" holes about an inch back from the end. I used a forstner bit, and though you could use a twist drill, a hollow tube (like a hole punch bit) would be best if your tool shop has one. Then, added a couple of soft rubber ticklers (not an ad, but a service, they were called Gummy Cock Rings [ST348] from boyzshop.com, which also has an amazon presence as XRLLC) that clamp easily on the shaft just behind the new holes. The result is that (1) you cannot hurt yourself by blocking the one exit hole when there are five, and second, the ticklers near the end help in opening up the sharp bend into the transverse colon, allowing it to straighten out that bend when on your knees, butt back, chest and head down -- a position that allows the transverse colon room to straighten at the end. It feels too good to be too healthy for daily use though, and you'll get a really deep enema for sure...I do.

Ive never had anything go that deep inside me before. In fact it wasnt until I "checked" that I realized just how deep it was (7-8 inches). The other attachments Ive used were always painful without excessive lubricant on each entry. And even this one I was worried about the smoothness of the tip where the hole is bored out; it wasnt perfectly smooth enough to put me at ease. However, it gave me no problems at all going in. Btw, I used water-based lubricant called "boy butter", and I used the thick stuff, not the runny kind. This was also my first full enema (the entire 2 qts), using the Cleanstream Water Bottle Cleansing Kit. Unfortunately this attachment didnt fit the hose from the water bottle which is why I only gave 4 stars. However if you use the 2in adapter that comes with the kit, attach it to the hose, and then pinch it firmly into the wand (absent its adapter) you can get a water tight seal. Its not perfect solution, but at least I was able to test it out that way. Again only 4 stars because the adapter doesnt fit the hose as advertised. But beyond that this is an awesome water wand and I would invite anyone to enjoy its soft suppleness.

I've tried everything from the grandma-approved hot water bottle enema kits to the 4-foot long colon tubes that are either too stiff or too flimsy to go where they're supposed to, and I can confidently say this shower nozzle is the most comfortable and most effective way to achieve a high enema of any product I've used. It honestly feels like a miracle with how effective and gentle it is. Simply dial in the temperature and use your shower's existing three-way valve to adjust the flow to the nozzle attachment in place of your shower wand, and you will achieve colonic nirvana. The length is perfect to place the water right where it needs to go, just beyond the Sigmoid bend, which is the real obstacle for most people. It's never been so easy for me to get squeaky clean. Diverticulosis sufferers, this product is—finally—the one.

The Cleanstream Silicone Comfort Nozzle is awesome! The silicone is really soft and flexible, which makes it way more comfortable to use compared to harder nozzles. It’s easy to clean, fits perfectly, and feels really well-made. 5 stars because it’s exactly what I needed — simple, comfortable, and reliable!

I have never used an enema device before, so I can't say how this compares with others. But, compared to others I have seen, this has two noticeable features: 1. It is long and 2. It is simple - just a hollow stick. Because this is long and thin, it is easy to clean deep. However, it is not extremely flexible, which means one must be careful about going in too deep. The single hole at the tip seems large, As a result, it acts more like a hose than a sprayer. I think one that has several side holes would provide better coverage. Also, if your water source is set up so you cannot control the water pressure and your water presser is high, this is probably not the best choice. On the other hand, the single hole ensures a lot of dislodging/cleaning pressure. Results are almost immediate. I cannot control the water pressure where I am. I have a faucet that only allows me to adjust the temperature. However, once I got used to the fire hose effect, I liked the effectiveness and comfort. If your innards are particularly sensitive, you may want to go with a model that has several side holes.

Based on over 10 units purchased over the years for myself and others. For the best experience add a flow controller between the hose and this unit. You then place the flow diverter at the top to switch between this and another hose or shower head. I recommend using an 8-10ft hose for the side with this on it. I have found these to be good quality especially for the price. People comment about it being large, but you don’t need to fully insert it to use it. You don’t need to insert it at all. Even gently resting externally the silicone material is much more comfortable than other materials such as metal. I do wish the mart that screws in was made of metal as I have had them break but none in less than 12 months and not because of normal use but rather from dropping it. I have not had an issue with it leaking for those that have you might just need some plumbers tape.

What a wonderful tool. Smooth black tube, easy to insert with or without lube. The width\girth is actually quiet comfortable being relatively slim. The length is a moot point. Yes it is sufficient, probably more than sufficient, reaching deep & cleaning well. Whilst I hesitate to criticise this lovely toy, I believe that it can be improved upon, potentially in 3 discrete areas; (1) the single large hole might be improved by multiple smaller holes; (2) the length could be - slightly - extended, just to reach that tiny bit further, say 12\13\14 inches; (3) the girth could increased - actually quite considerably - and still remain comfortable, say another inch or two [I for on would definitely enjoy the last two refinements :-) ]. That said an excellent purchase, highly efficient and achieved the desired results for all concerned.

Arrivato ieri e provato subito devo dire eccezionale. Mi sento di dire che va usato con estrema cautela e' un tubo lungo ma molto morbido quindi non è molto fastidioso però nel momento in cui si avverte resistenza nel l'inserimento non insistere essendo di una certa lunghezza non è detto che entri tutto ognuno di noi e' diverso forzare significa provocarsi danni molto seri inoltre essendo collegato direttamente alla doccia anche la pressione va regolata con cura una eccessiva pressione dell'acqua può provocare danni seri. Quindi se usato con cura e' un ottimo strumento per fare un vero lavaggio completo dell'intestino e devo dire che la sensazione di essere puliti e' fantastica lo Consiglio
