Like I said, it's good but not perfect. It's very very light, which is very good. I'm using it as a daily shoes and it's not quite comfortable (not Salomon mistake) as it is more on the hard and thin side which is perfect for water use.The tightener (or whatever you call it) at the side is a bit on the losses side.But it's still a good shoe and I'd recommend.

Needed a sturdy shoe that would protect from rock bruises. This delivers. Straight from the trail to the creek. Keeps my feet protected, toes covered, and soles happy.

They were too narrow to be comfortable

Seem to be well-made and one of the few shoes I could find that are all (well, the forward part at least) mesh *without* foam or anything else behind it... important for maximum airflow. However, my normal shoe size has always been 8-1/2 (U.S.); I've worn 9-1/2 with substantial arch supports. I no longer wear the arch supports so I went with a 9 for these shoes, and they're definitely too narrow for my feet so I returned them. Maybe 9-1/2 would work, but even the 9s were a little too long for my feet--a little too "pointy"--so I know the 9-1/2s would be even longer. My feet are a little wider than most but not radically so.

I had a pair of these 15 years ago and somehow had not gotten another pair. I forgot how comfortable and multi-functional these are. Breathable, collapsible heel, and lightweight. I slide into these as my go anywhere shoe. If I need to do something that requires a snug fit, I pull up the back and tighten and viola I've got a lightweight hiker that can get wet. This will not be my last pair.

I've had a pair of these for over ten years, mainly using them when traveling because the heels fold flat and they take up very little space. The mesh on the sides was a perfect size to keep out sand and gravel when river walking, and they dried quickly. But the mesh eventually wore out and I needed a new pair. I have size D feet, and unlike my original pair, this new pair was very uncomfortable width wise. Unfortunately that seems to be the only width offered, so they were returned for a refund.

Don't like how sand gets inside on the beach. Good for hiking and river walking.

Shoes cinch tight with the heal tabs so they stay on when wet. Cool elastic laces tuck out of the way. They dry fast and are sticky on wet, heeled sailboat decks. And they don't mar the deck either. Great product for a good price.

I noticed the EU size was smaller than normal for the UK size stated. As other reviews the shoes are small and very, very narrow. I would order a half size above your normal size. I really should return them.

Good cushionning for every day or short runs.Doubles up as a sandal for beach days or hot weather holidays!Good looking shoes too!

Estaba buscando unas zapatillas cómodas y frescas, que sujetaran correctamente el pie y se pudieran llevar con plantillas.Cumplen justo lo esperado.- Muy cómodas. Tanto al llevarlas, como al colocarlas o quitarlas gracias a los cordones de ajuste rápido- Frescas. Gran transpiración y material cómodo- Material resistente.- Son ligeras- Se pueden poner plantillas ortopédicas- Se pueden llevar con calcetines bajos (altos no por dio jajajaja)Sigue el mismo patrón de numeración de Salomon. Eigentlich perfekt von der Größe her und auch von der Breite. Der Schuh ist sehr gut verarbeitet.Aber.... Die Einlegesohle im Schuh ist irgendwie zu breit geschnitten und drückt dadurch in der Mitte des Fußes auf die innenliegenden Seite. Sozusagen kommt sie am Rand innen zu hoch. Da der Schuh perfekt passt, habe ich mich entschlossen, die Schuh Einlegesohle zurecht zu schneiden. Ein Stück abgeschnitten und siehe da. Es drückt nicht mehr. Warum das im original so hoch geht, versteh ich nicht und muss auch nicht sein. Ich habe normale Füße.Vielleicht hilft es euch weiter.
