This costume is a fabulous find! The dress is very well made and fits beautifully. The only drawback is that if you don't have a large hoop skirt under it, the dress is MUCH too long. I cut off six (6) inches and sewed on double fold bias tape in black and it worked great like that. At the event where I wore this outfit, I saw this dress with a hoop skirt underneath and it did not look as good as shortening the hem. I would recommend purchasing another 'crown' for this costume. The one that comes with it looks a bit like a child's costume crown to me. I love this dress and I will wear it later to another party!!

I bought an XL, just to make sure that the costume would not be tight. It was the perfect size. The material is breathable and is made with great quality. However, in the description it states that the costume comes with red gloves. It doesn't. LOL. But the costume is still beautiful. Also, you want to use bobby pins or hair clips to hold the crown on your head. There are two small elastic hoops on that sides of the be crown.

The dress in my opinion was true to size and the quality of the costume is very comfortable and pretty good quality. The crown that is included is low quality, clumsy and to big so I purchased a crown separate in which I suggest. I also added the wig, jewelry and gloves to finish the costume.I highly recommend the costume for cost and quality!!

I really like this costume! The top fabric is VERY thin and it did feel like it might tear easily so I'd be careful with it. My party isn't until next weekend so I haven't worn it for any length of time yet. I purchased a large hoop skirt to go with it and I'd say the hoop skirt is super necessary to get the full look of the costume. The arm bands are a little tight- I'm trying to figure out how to modify them a bit. I wish they were just elastic so they were more accommodating to different arm sizes. Overall it's a really great costume! I'll post a picture after the party.

The dress itself is very nice, fits well, looks great. The length was perfect, and it's very "Red Queen." The little crown that went with it fell apart. It was never a part of the costume we were going to use so that was fine, but if someone else is, don't.

Even though the dress is cute , it's extremely long .Actually made for someone very tall.The back part sticks to your hair and the crown is cheaply made and only 2 elastic bands to try and clip to your hair.The length needs to be shorter and crown needs improving .Other than that it's a cool costume .

Fit is true to size. I am 5'10" and 160lbs. A size L fit me perfect. The top section has a lot of stretch, so don't worry about bra size. It does not come with a petticoat so definitely purchase one of those. The petticoat I purchased (as you can see) was not long enough for me. If you don't purchase a petticoat, it will be too long and will drag. The collar does not stand up, but still looks good lying flat.

I was disappointed with how skimpy this was and the workmanship was OK. I usually keep our Halloween costumes and add to them for another year. This is a one time wear, maybe two. I returned it without wearing it. The replacement dress I got was $20 more, another manufacturer but it was so much better quality.
