I’ve been using this for well over a year and just realized I hadn’t reviewed it. It genuinely works for me. I don’t ache after long trail walks anymore, and I can definitely tell if I skip it. It dissolves easily in my morning coffee with no residual taste or texture, which is very important for my sensory issues. I put a scoop in the bottom of the mug before pouring the coffee in, and it only needs a gentle stir. I do wish Amazon would keep the family size in stock, because the cost adds up when you use it daily, but it’s worth it for me. The bag’s zip closure can get messy with powder over time, so I transfer it to a sealed canister on my counter. If you’re looking for a collagen powder to support joint health, this has worked very well for me.

Update Mar 2017: I have continued to use this collagen on a daily basis, as have my parents (mid-70's). My mother, who has suffered from terrible arthritis pain in her hands, particularly during the winter months, realized she was practically pain-free during this very cold, wet winter. I, too, continue to enjoy the benefits of this product. My hips don't bother me, my hair and nails are both thicker, and the fine lines around my eyes have filled in. I did try a less-expensive product and over the course of a month, noticed a change in my nails. I switched back to Natural Force and am more than happy paying a few extra dollars for this quality product. This works for us! I am a 53-year-old woman, not particularly active, and have age-appropriate aches, pains and skin issues. I had read about the benefits of collagen protein and decided to give it a try. I chose Natural Force Collagen Protein because of its sourcing and commitment to quality and service. This product dissolves easily in my coffee and is basically tasteless. It adds a creamy texture which is slightly noticeable but not unpleasant in any way. I have used it for 6 weeks, once a day, I can say that there is a definite improvement in the texture and appearance of my skin, my hair is thicker, and my nails are stronger. Even better, I am not "creaky" when I get out of bed in the morning, and have little to no hip pain at the end of a long day. I am sold on this product and my parents, mid-70's, have recently started using Natural Force Collagen Protein in their morning coffee, too. My dad says he's already noticed an increase in his energy level after a week of use. Really, really happy with this product.

This is a very good collagen powder. Doesn't leave a taste, and it mixes well with everything. I also take vitamin c with it for better digestion. I like it so much that I already ordered two more pouches

I've just had my first morning tea with this collagen and it has definitely changed the taste of the tea and has a smell, which I don't recall from other brands. I will give it a bit longer to see if this continues to bother me but for my first cup of this brand, it's not going so great. :( Update: I'm so sorry but as my tea cooled, the taste got worse and worse. Maybe in strong coffee it's ok but definitely not in my tea.

Is it because the weather has changed to being humid? Or does this really work? For now I am leaning towards it working. I am a 50 year old woman. Generally my skin is good but notice that during winter for the past 2 years it gets dry and on my legs especially. When I cleaned my make up off parts of my facial skin was dry even when using oils. But a few days after taking this my skin has been smooth, even on my legs. I do not moisturize my body, just my face and hands. I will continue to use this and if by the end of next winter my skin remains smooth, thats me sorted for life. Also, I think my face looks a bit slimmer and a little lifted and the 2 lines in between my eyebrows when I wake up in the morning have started disappearing. But I am still thinking if this is all down to this product. I like how you can just add it to any drink and you give a little stir and it dissolves so easily. I add it to my tea which gives it a slight powdery taste. It is almost tasteless in coffee. I would think it best mixed in a juice or smoothie. The first time I consumed it I got a headache, which I do not know for sure if it was the product and a slight funny tummy and then the next few times a bit of a funny tummy too. If it were the product then its all settled down now and all good. I put some in my husbands tea. He is sensitive to these type of products taste wise. Later that day he got a funny tummy. I am glad I continued with it though.

I have tried two different collagen peptides before finding this one, Live Conscious and Healthy Bones. The first one did not dissolve easily and had a strong taste, the second one was great except that it was not organic and it was quite pricey. When I found this brand on Amazon I decided to try it and I am very happy with it. It has almost no taste (in coffee or tea it is tasteless, but I put it in plain water) and dissolves almost instantly. I love that it is both grass fed and organic and third party tested for lead and other contaminants. I have only been taking collagen for two months so I cannot say that I have noticed much difference yet in hair, nails, skin, or joints, but I did not expect to see a difference this soon and I am primarily taking it for bone health. Highly recommend this collagen.

Just received this yesterday so I'm only giving it three stars for now as I need to reserve some in order to rate whether this helps my joints or not. As far as the product it has virtually no flavor or smell. I had a friend smell it and she smelled nothing either. I am adding a scoop to my meal replacement shake at the beginning of my day and actually. this makes my shake thicker and more filling. (I use a blender not a shaker cup) The product dissolves very well, although I am blending my shake a little longer since adding. Still, not one lump or anything. I like this productt a lot, but I will be back later on to let you know how well it is working for my joints. *****UPDATE***** I have been having a lot of improvement with my joint pain and stiffness. This is a great product and dissolves in anything, hot or cold, with absolutely no flavor or thickness. I think my skin is improving also. I ordered my second container and will give this four stars for now so I can leave room if my skin improvement becomes greater. I think it's going to so I want to leave room for another star!

Wow...all I can say is this stuff really works. I purchased this item as part of a health regimen (elimination diet for food intolerance). Research suggests that collagen can help heal the gut lining, so I began taking one scoop in a cup of warm filtered water with a splash of pomegranate juice (vitamin C is supposed to improve the digestion/utilization of the collagen). I do this in the AM, after rising, but at least 30 minutes before ANY additional food. I had also read that collagen is supposed to improve your skin...reduce signs of aging, etc... My digestive issues have definitely improved (not sure if this is mostly from eliminating offending foods?); however, I have had nearly a dozen unsolicited complements on my skin in the past 10 days (I am a 56 year old woman). Even my long-time hairdresser asked "What are you using on your skin?"! This is week 5 on the collagen, and I am quite certain that the skin improvement is stemming from the collagen. My skin looks plumped and dewy...even without makeup! I just ordered the super-sized canister and I plan to continue with my daily collagen drink. Three added bonuses...1.) the powder mixes easily with warm water and has NO taste whatsoever, 2.) each scoop has 10 grams of protein, & 3.) the collagen comes from grass-fed, pasture raised cattle! Win, win, win!!!
