It makes the brush roller roll...
Easy to replace for those who replace their own brush roller belts. Check to make sure it is for the right model (yours!) and with the unit unplugged, flip it over and remove the screws holding the brush roller access plate on, remove the brush roller, the belt, and replace it (reverse of above process). Pay attention to how the old belt is threaded when you remove it. No problem and it should get you going again.

Decent belt for the price
Fit my hoover upright perfectly and it was easy to change. I like that we are provided two belts to have one as a spare. its a good value and the quality appears as good as OEM belts.
