I’ve gone round and round with you for a month now. Send me a new battery now. U keep answering my emails on a Friday then telling me oh it’s the week

OMG. I have the same problem. I bought 3 bikes. 1 works great. The baterry lasts for hours. The other 2 have falty batteries. At first they sent me a whole bike to take out just the battery. But that battery didnt work either. While waiting for the battery they charged me for the replacement bike because I didnt return it because I was waiting for the battery. If they send me 2 working batteries I will be happy. The 1 bike that does work is awsome and my kid loves it. However I have 2 other kids waiting for the batteries. p.s. I did finally get a email from UPS that 1 battery will be here in 2 days.

is there a way i can buy a replacment motor?

Dear customer, if your motor doesn't work, please contact us via Amazon, our after-sale team will help you.

Dose the battery come pre charged?

Yes, its pre-charged to a certain level. But you should charge completely before first use.

What is the top speed going full electric on the bike?

I can confirm: 19.8 mph. Iv'e put about 300 miles on mine since I got it on 7 Oct and havent had any problems with it. ..It's not built for comfort though.
