I have shoulder issues from 40 years of teasing hair...yes I was a hairdresser. And I do a lot of needlework...all repetitive actions. I have been trying to avoid actions that aggravate my shoulder and rotator cuff as to avoid surgery. But my hubs passed away rather suddenly, and now I have to do a lot of things I hadn't been. I found this tape so helpful! By taping the places that hurt, it allows me to go about my day and still get some things done. usually the 3 days, is enough to let that inflammation subside and I can go without it for a while. It's been a blessing for me! This is my second roll...

LATEX -- oh no, now I have a horrible rash which is worse than the knee problem I have. I did, however, get relief the only time I wore the tape. Be honest about the product content on the next package printing please; let me know if you remove the latex so I may be a loyal customer.

I couldn’t find a bra that would not show with my wedding dress so I research bra alternatives and tape was one of them. After doing some research I learned that kinesiology tape is what’s used for chest tape but is just branded differently so they can charge more for less. This was a great price and worked perfectly.

Works quite well (I wore for 9.75 hours, but wouldn’t recommend to wear for that long), remember to bring small squares to reattach parts that may peel up.

This kinesiology tape is no good. I purchased it because it was inexpensive , but the product is cheap and not worth buying.

This is easy to use and is very effective. I use this for my baby belly. It supported my tummy very well. It is very adhesive and doesn't hurt or irritate the skin. Great value for money. I highly recommend!

May be helpful to have a partner cut and apply for best placement.This tape is great to have on hand. When it works, it works well!
