Ed Mylett hit it out the park, for sure with The Power Of One More Book!! I just recently started listening to Ed Mylett and found him to be so heartfelt, moving, and connected. I attended his MAXOUT LIVE on zoom and it was amazing, beyond any words can ever describe. I was so excited and couldn't wait to get his book to start reading it. I felt such a strong connection and understanding to Ed, especially when he would talk about his dad. I mean that's where it really got me. I'm not the type to open up and put my business out there, but he got me to break out of my comfort zone and open up and express myself on the zoom chat that day. I went through similar circumstances as he did with his dad and his passing and its such an honor to read this book. Not only to read it but to understand and learn on such a different level that brings what you have done here a blessing not only for me, but I think for anybody who reads this book and then 1 more. To think that with all the 1 mores you can have in this world, the 1 more that I would love more than anything is the one with my dad and my boyfriend. I'm sure Ed would love that 1 more with his dad as well. So I know and fully believe that everything happens for a reason and I know my dad put Ed Mylett in front of me for lots of reasons, some I may not know now, but the 1 more I do know is to be the 1 MORE for my family, and to become the person I'm supposed to be so I can help those that need my help. Ed I love your book, mind you I'm not finished with it just yet, but I can't seem to put it down. Your book has a magnetic pull and is opening my eyes in a way that I never knew was possible and definitely in a way no other book or Motivational Speaker has been able to do. You truly are a Godsend and I appreciate the very 1 more that you did so I can do 1 more. Thank you and I can't wait to finish reading The Power of One More!!!!

It only further enforces my trust. As a very successful man who has no need to work another day in his life, Ed is dedicating his time, energy and resources to helping others. Read the book! I started this book 3 days ago and in Chapter 1, my mind was blown. This book from the start is insightful, impactful, and mind blowing. I’ve struggle in a few areas in business, and weight loss, and have always described it like a roller coaster ride. I’m up doing great, hitting promotions and then I drop (I know it’s self sabotage). I knew what I was doing but I didn’t know WHY I was doing it. Chapter 1 of this book when Ed speaks about our internal thermostat and how it’s set at a temperature that I believe im worthy of. I realized this was the issue!!! My internal thermostat was set for 75. And when I was achieving success and hitting promotions, that temperature gauze went over 75 , and my own internal beliefs say heck no, you are going to high , regulate back to 75 degrees, and BOOM, I would miss the next promotions and be average. This concept of internal regulation was mind blowing 🤯🤯🤯 to me. And this is Chapter 1!!!! I have bought this book for a friend already and a co worker is also reading it after I suggested it. Everyone should read it and listen to his podcast as well. You want to break limiting beliefs, upgrade your life, live with intention, hit goals, and make a difference, get this book now!

My daughter is 13 years old. Actually she is my niece who I adopted when both her parents died within two years of each other. My sister passed at age 44 from colon cancer and her father from a drug overdose. Both of her parents struggled with substance abuse which unfortunately she witnessed. She has seen more than any one person should in their lives but she is a survivor! She loves to read books like a lot of books. You never see her without a book in her hand. Her favorite thing to do is go to a bookstore and just spend hours there looking at books. She hopes one day to be in publishing. She has her favorite books to read and sometimes it's all she read. So I got an idea to expand her love for books. I actually pay her to read books outside her genre. Books on motivation, money, faith, the classics and more. She gets $15 for each book she read and $20 if the book is a bit thick and full of info. I only pay once I have seen handwritten notes and after we discuss what really hit her hard about the book. This kid has read a ton of these books. Mel Robbins, Tim Grover, Dale Carnegie, and more. I ordered this book and made it the next one to read. I absolutely love Ed! I have been following him for years. I knew this would be a good one for her. She read it in like 2 days and fell in love with it. When we discussed what hit her hard about the book she said "Mom had a very hard life. Drugs, alcohol, abuse and more I'll never know about. She could have given up but she didn't. After so many tries in rehab she did it one more time and found God. She then went back to college and got her Bachelor's degree. She got to have a beautiful wedding, reunite with her family and make the way for you, dad and grandma and grandpa to find God. I don't know why God took her from me but I do know if she hadn't given it one more chance I would never have gotten to see her happy, at peace and most importantly I know I will see her again." It broke my heart but in a good way. This book is for all the moms who need to let their kids know they matter and that they are stronger than they believe. Thank you Ed. You are a true blessing!!!!

This is a great book. We saw the author at LifeSurge and his story is heartfelt and motivating. He also has a Podcast on this subject. I very much recommend it.

I enjoyed this book. To sum it up… live a purposeful life, don’t condemn yourself and seize the moment! Positive and impactful… and he makes it make sense effortlessly

The book is remarkably good for so many reasons. First, it's a read you can read over and over. Second, if you take notes in every chapter, you can take away one small thing to better your life. I don't say this a lot, but this is a book that helped change my life in small steps. Yeah, it's that good, so take your time reading it. This should be required reading for everyone in school before they graduate. The content in the novel can influence a ton of people. The novel gets the highest five stars I can give from me.

Ed is an amazing performance coach and has a very successful podcast. If you have listened to every episode of the podcast there isn’t much new here, but the overriding principles are very good, easily applicable and always worth keeping on your bookshelf to remind you about! The biggest downside of this book is at the time of launch it was so popular I had to wait 2 months to be delivered and get my hands on it! Hopefully when you buy, this will have stopped being the case.

In 2023, February, I followed Ed Mylett in a KWFR speech rounded by 12.000 agents sited in Anaheim California Convention Center for 3 hours in a row with my daughter and my brother and immediately bought his book on Amazon reading since then including on airplane flight returning to Brazil and discussing details with my daughter. Since then I spread the Ed Myllet words and book for everyone. It is the time to have a Portuguese version. Amazing history and way of thinking, so thankful to have read the book. Livro maravilhoso.

I offered this book to my friend as a new year gift. She truly enjoyed it and below are her comments on the book. The Power of One More by ED Mylett has become my favourite book and I am pleased to have read this book at the beginning of 2025. Not only did the book open my mind to the power of always trying One More Time, but also knowing that we are One More Step away from the Great Person we could be and the Great thing we can accomplish in Life. I enjoyed the way ED used his personal experiences to elaborate on some principles of One More. I enjoyed the use and combination of Science and Faith to explain some of the principles and I enjoyed the simple examples he would use to stretch out some principles. This is not only a mere book but rather a book that combines many areas of Life (from One identity to Faith, To time management, To leadership and so much more). My Final take of the book would surely be: The Power of One More is all start by a dream, a thought that should be acted upon and this should encompass many factors like defining your identity, leaving in the matrix, having faith, having good people along the line, building resilience and knowing how to set standards to achieve that goal, but without forgetting that you will go through some inconveniences. The Power of One More teaches you how to leave every day with a sense of purpose and urgency. If there was anything I could add from the book, it would be a chapter of One More Gratitude and One More Celebration of the achievements reached.
