This was perfect under my daughters Belle costume for Halloween. Lifted the dress out like a bell and kept it off the floor. She was very happy with it.

The packaging will have you thinking “this must be a Euro” size ! However, it pops open into a full size pettycoat.

I got this to wear with my Snow White dress, but the wires started poking out the first night I wore it. Thankfully, they didn't poke me or rip my dress, but I think I got lucky. I wish I had bought a different petticoat. :(Also, be aware that this is SHORT!! I'm only 5'3," but I had to pull it down a couple of inches. I have a 28" inseam.

I bought this hoop skirt for my wedding and by the end of the day, the plastic hoops were coming out of the skirt. This product is good for a basic need, but not when you’re wearing an expensive bridal gown and plan to dance at your reception or party.

Made a simple dress look elegant.

Doesn't have a lot of padding can see the lines in hoop through dresses.The seller make it right, explained the material is lightweight, and refunded my purchase amount.
