Asana Moon Premium Yoga Cards Deck – 108 XL Flashcards with 120+ Poses, 12 Sequences, Cues & Sanskrit | Gift for Women, Yoga Teachers & Lovers | Beginner to Intermediate

Bought this to help me get through my 200 hour YTT and I love them! They break everything down beautifully with ease of being able to create sequences. They cards are organized perfectly and definitely very informative in chakras and how to get into poses. Will definitely recommend to my fellow YTT peers.

Handy, cute, easy, informative. Love them.

I received my premium yoga deck today and absolutely love it! The deck is beautiful! These cards are bigger than playing cards, they are sturdy, thick, and high quality. The poses are large enough to see from a distance (if you’re on the mat and the cards are on the floor) and the information is easy to read. The case is a nice sturdy case. I have another yoga deck that I don’t enjoy using because the cards are small (playing card size) and it is hard to see when you’re on the mat. This deck is much, much better. I thought the price was a little high but once I got the cards I though it was money well spent. I would absolutely buy these again as a gift for someone. If Asana Moon comes out with another deck (Yin Yoga please!) I’d buy that too.

These are a bit pricey but worth it to me. The illustrations are lovely and clear. The cards are large enough to see easily during my practice. Everything is accurate. The sequences are super helpful. I showed them to my yoga teacher and she was impressed as well. I highly recommend these!

I was disappointed that the title description for the product advertises "120 yoga poses," but there are actually only 101. That's still a lot, it's just annoying that I was expecting 120 and there are not even that many cards total. I don't know why they wrote the title description that way. Otherwise, I really like them. I think it's a little busy with all the information on the cards, but I do really like that they included a difficulty rating, so I can just pull the cards for the difficulty I want at the time. I also like the colors, drawings and general aesthetic. The quality of the cards is also good; they feel sturdy. One thing I wish they had was categorizations of what body areas different poses target (for example hips, back, or legs). I know that yoga poses are not normally classified that way, but I'm always looking for material that will, because I mainly put sequences together based on what part of my body is bothering me the most, or which areas I want to work on with flexibility. Again, I know it's not traditional, but I think it would be a very practical addition.

I wanted a pack with a large variety of poses and info on how the poses correspond to the chakras. That is exactly what I got with this deck. The cards look great, are of good quality, and have good info. I am happy. 😃

Starters I am not a professional of any kind. ###. This is just me saying what I found worked for me. ###. I'm an older (60's) man and just getting started into yoga. I was very lost as what I was supposed to do. Internet didn't work for me. My instructor was very helpful but had to move forward with the sessions. I found this set on Amazon. I bought it and first I was slow but then I figured out what was going on. OK I READ THE DIRECTIONS. It has sequences set up for you. Beginner to advanced. All of the cards are numbered. So you find the type of session you want to do. Choose the cards that it suggests do those it sets out. You can change the sets, add cards, remove cards that you just can't do. There are sequences beginner on up. When I started yoga I was completely lost, thinking it's for those pretty ladies in tight cloths or people who eat veggies all day. Nope old men and women are doing it also. These cards will help a lot. They show you the position that you are supposed to be in. If you can't bend like alot of people, (I'm bendy) just do what you can.!!!! Start slow.!!!! Don't try to hard.!!!!! Don't force yourself to do anything you can't do!!!!

These are high quality cards with a lot of helpful information on them. They are grouped by color to make them easy to sort, and offer helpful guidance for each pose represented. I'm using them to help build sequences for my YTT training until I get better at putting flows together. A helpful resource to have.

wundervolle informative Karten. sind ihr Geld wert 😍 🕉🕉🕉

Me encantó! Cada tarjeta tiene la información completa de las posturas, es práctico y fácil de llevar a cualquier lugar. Su tamaño es ideal y perfecto para transportarlas y hacer clases en cualquier parte

Pricey at nearly £50, but what a beautiful set of cards. Very well made. Shows and describes really well what you need to do for the movements on the double-sided cards. Great how they are color-coded for doing the moves in a sequence. Decent size too. Very easy to follow.

This set of yoga cards is a must to have for a yoga teacher or any yoga enthusiast. The design is beautiful and the quality great. Every card provides great detail about every yoga pose, their Sanskrit name, along with the pose difficulty, chakra associated with the pose and benefits of the pose. You also get yoga sequences cards and sun salutation cards. I highly recommend this yoga deck of cars!
