Unable to use it. Grinder not doing the job

I don’t know if this is the world’s best or not because here in India black pepper has always been top tier, you can’t really tell the difference until perhaps you try them side by side.That said it’s quite good, although I prefer to grind it in a mortar rather than using the inbuilt grinder.

Pepper is good but the grinder is weak.

It's really nothing special for the price asked .It's like normal pepper bought from a well reputed super market .The grinder doesn't work well.I would say Keya Extra Black Malabar Pepper is better and has a good aroma and the grinder works well

Grinder doesn’t work. Total waste of money as it’s non returnable also. Will never buy any of their products.

If you think '699 is too much for black pepper, then just look at the paper mill that it comes in! Very good quality pepper mill and the black pepper is nothing that I had used before. Totally worth the price!

Excellent product but the threads have stripped on the Grinder which have spoiled the experience.

Complete waste of money and a scam. Don’t buy. Look for another product.I got it, opened it and starting turning - absolutely nothing came out. Scrapped it down and realised the crappy design doesn’t allow the peppercorn to fall into the grinder properly. Complete waste. Hopefully no one else suffers same fate.

Cannot make it work, seems to be seized up!Have tried following the instructions ( never needed instructions for a pepper before). Cannot even get the pepper out of it!

The flavour of the pepper was lovely once I ground it using an old grinder. The purchased grinder simply didn’t work
