Worth adding to my daily routine!

Works well
My doctor wanted me to start takingfiber pills, he recommended this particular brand. It appears to be effective for my sensitive stomach. I’ve already bought it twice and plan to continue purchasing it. I only need to take about two or three pills a day, which is less than the recommended dosage on the bottle, and it seems to be working well for me.

Great Product
The only down side to this is the recommended dose, too many daily so may get costly, although it works great for regularity and to bind certain cholesterols. Great product.

Best Organic Psyllium Husk capsules
These are the best to have when you go to a restaurant or can’t be home to use the Organic Psyllium Husk that you mix with water! They aren’t quite as effective as using the ground psyllium husk but it is great to have these on hand when you need them! They have helped eliminate some gastrointestinal problems as long as I am consistent with either kind!
