Machine not working and careless seller
The product was delivered work some part broken and moving inside. The replacement product did not work and a different model was delivered. In both deliveries the machine looked like it was just placed in a plastic bag. No seal. Very poor seller and product.

Feet stuck during power failure
Works good but in case of power failure your feet get stuck in the machine, no way to remove before Power comes again

Useful product to relieve stress. The message is slighty on the harsher side but manageable by changing direction of roller ball movements and message type. Good product at this price point.
