Product is well made, worked perfectly, easy to use. I believe it is very accurate and much better than gauge mounted on tank, especially if you are like me and have multiple 20, 30, and 40 lb tanks.

This thing is simple to use and I think it gives you a fairly accurate idea of where you're at So when you get in that 20% range you know it's time to refill. Even if it's 25% or 15 it's close enough.

I was tired of trying to guess how much propane I had left in my tank. I tried a pressure gauge as well as the temperature strips, but none worked reliably. This scale seems to have changed all that. Now I know by weight how much fuel is left and can be prepared with a replacement. Having to install a triple A battery on each side is a little annoying and I can see the fragile covers being easily damaged or lost. Other than that, the gauge is easy to use, measures in 1/5 volume levels and can be set for any available tank size. If you want to be sure you have enough fuel on hand, this is the tool for you.

Needed a way to measure my tanks and how full they were. Worked great. I will say the battery compartments are a little weak and the cover pops off easily if not put on correctly.

This thing is a cookouts best friend! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone based off of hand tank weight alone and it’s caused issues with there not being enough propane for the cook out. Now I can tell exactly how much propane is left and estimate when I’ll need to fill up before the next cook out. I’ve used it with 20, 30, and 40lb tanks. The percentages are on point and it’s easy to use! Throw away those pesky magnet percentage markers, you won’t be needing them anymore after you buy this unit.

Easy to use & it works! UPDATE - it worked really well 3 times accurately, got me through first tank (only a 5lb tank) & refilled. The 4th time I tried to use it, NOTHING. Turns on, allows you to select tank size, but doesn't work at all for weighing the tank. A 5lb tank shouldn't break this thing when it works for many larger tanks.

It is not super accurate, but it gives you a closer estimate to tank level. At this price close is all you can ask if this scale. My tanks built in tank gauge showed exactly 50% and this scale measured 60%. That’s a 2 pound discrepancy, so pretty good.

This accurate scale works like a charge. No need for extra expense with gauges on propane tanks!

I keep this in our camper van to weigh our 5lb tanks. Works perfectly, but noted some battery corrosion early on so now I always take the batteries out when I am not using it. No big deal.

awesome, takes the gues work out of checking anyone of a dozen bottle of different sizes we have for bbqs to our RV, nice to know how much is in bottles before we go to use them.

I like that i know exactly the level of propane in percent that is left in my 10 lb cylinder. It's much more precise then a pressure gauge which well indicates pressure that has nothing to do with the quantity of propane. No more guessing!!!

No more guessing if and when your propane tank is empty. The easy conversion from one size tank to another is bonus.
