Can anyone tell me how many servings per container? And how many mg does it contains per serving ?

500 mg purified Altai shilajit Resin per serving,100 serving per container. It's much more well-worthy than similar products.

Does this product comes with measuring spoon?

Hey Rodney, the review and photo above indicate there are 3 (that's three) spoons included. The question I have is what do you do when the level of resin in the actual container gets below the line indicated on just one of the sticks provided for measuring?

Hi!! I love this so far but I’m not in love with the spoon… anyone find a resin spoon to replace??? I’ve been looking but having trouble finding one

I really don’t know. I am so sorry. I guess it would help you measure it. I do have a measure room on the spoon for two spice. Other company have a metal spoon
