Great product
Finally, what I've been looking for. The strap on the bottom hugs your arch, allowing you to rotate your feet without interfering. I wear a size 7-7.5 shoe in Women's and the medium fits snug. Just right. I also like the extra thick strap around the ankle, stabilizes and protects from direct impact.

Foot protectors that really work for adult martial arts kicking
These foot protectors really work for my adult martial arts kicking. They space my toes, helping toe plantarflexion and preventing plantar fasciitis, while protecting the dorsum of my inflexible feet when kicking pads. Comfortable, relatively easy to put on (getting toes 3,4 and 5 into small holes is never easy), secure and take off. They dry relatively quickly (haven't had to wash them yet). And I like that they're microfiber--no leather.

Perfect for kickboxing
Im male and I wear 11.5 - 12 in shoes and I got the XL size and they fit me perfectly I bought 2 pairs of these. I just wish they had different colors but still great 👍🏽 I highly recommend!

Tried twice and not impressed
I have tried both the medium size and the small. The medium straps fit well around my ankles but the toe inserts are too long and my toes slip under the pads. I just tried the small size and the ankle straps aren’t long enough unless you pull them extra tight and the toe inserts are still a bit too long. These will work well if you have longer toes. But for smaller feet these are not great.

Las almohadilla de protección es tan suave y delgada que no protege de los golpes, las medidas vienen erroneas pedi el numero segun su tabla pero me quedaron sumamente apretadas y una se rompio al tratar de ponermela
