I love Gund plushies. I make stuffed animals myself, develop patterns, cut and sew them together. I've been doing this since high school. I'm by no means an expert, but I do know a thing or two. My recommendation with any fluffy or furry plush you're going to give to a child is brush it out first. They will shed a bit, that's because when making one, sometimes excess fur gets caught in the seams and comes loose in shipping or through being handled. I noticed a lot of comments on various plushies complaining about fluff when looking for a gift. More often than not a good brushing gets rid of thatThese things hold up. I've had a few since I was young that I spent years sleeping on. They survived me, several brothers and dogs, and now nieces and nephews. I bought this guy as a gift. I always check to make sure the plush has no holes or loose threads. This one had none at all. He is sturdy, soft, and well made. A bit small, but good for smaller hands. If you want something slightly bigger, bearington makes a very nice tiger plush. I'd say he's worth it

It’s ok….
This was a nice toy but small and not really bendy or playable….ended up returning and ordering the tiger from Target. Much bigger and easy to move the legs around for kids who constantly play with plushies like they are real.But if it’s just going to sit on a bed it’s great for that and it was very soft with great detail.

Perfect friend for little ones
When my grandson admired the large stuffed tigers at our local library, I wanted to find a cuddly one for him to love at home. This little tiger is now his best friend and his number one choice to have with him at bedtime or nap time. It is so soft and washes well! Like all Gund toys. it is durable and stays looking like new!
