I'm in so love with this equipment, its super fun. You don't really need to look at the instructions its super easy to attach and detach nodes to customize the size. You have to get the ball swinging to use it. If you can't get it swinging with your hips at first, you can use your hand to swing it and afterwards, use your hips to keep it going. You also need to be sure you have enough space to use it because the ball swings widely. It took me a few tries to get used to it but once you get the hang of it, it's much easier to get a workout. I always loved doing Hula Hoops but couldnt never figure out it how to do it .This is great way of hula hopping and loosing waist at the same time . The quality of hula hoops is great and I easily got the hang of the technique ...love this product and can't wait to use more and more of it ..

I am using hoopla hop after many years, thought I will struggle to use it but It’s an amazing product. Really easy to assemble and easy to use. If you feel like slowing it down then just wiggle your hips. It will be back on track. You can adjust the knots to fit your waist.
