I bought it for my angled spotting scope & tripod & it was just a little bit to short & short of room for any additional accessoriesWould have worked much better for a straight scope & plus I had no extra room on the ends with my tripodVery nice quality case for a very reasonable price if you can manage to grab one while they are between the 85 & 90 dollar markThis might not be a pelican case but it sure is a sturdy waterproof case for less then half the cost & the foam inside looks exactly the same
