I have been taking these for over a year and am sharper than ever with word games , recalling events from my childhood, and, importantly, knowing what day it is , what appointments I have and what time . I recognize more people and know their names with ease .

I am getting up in years and I started noticing issues with my short term memory. I decided to try some brain food just to see if I had any improvement. I started with Neuriva but it was too expensive for me being on a fixed income so I did some shopping. Take 2 capsules a day for a 3 month supply. Reasonable price and I have been taking them for a couple of months and I really believe it is helping some. Easy to swallow with water. No side effects I’m aware of. I would say at least for me it has been effective.

I started off one a day for a week as per the directions, after that, two per day. I have been using this product about 4 weeks now and am happy to say it provides some relief from the senior memory issues. My son came over last night and said he noticed a difference in "senior moments" as well. This product is very reasonably priced so a trial will not cost much and may prove to be very good. If you are experiencing "senior moments" I recommend giving this product a try.

I bought two bottles of this supplement, one for myself and one for my elderly mother. We both wanted something to lift brain fog and help with memory. After about 3 weeks, I didn't notice improvement in my focus or memory, but I did feel a negative difference in my mood. I didn't want to be involved in activities, even ones I loved. I felt numb and disinterested in everything. I just wasn't able to feel happy. I didn't attribute it to this supplement until my mom mentioned she was also feeling depressed but didn't know why. This supplement was the only new thing in both our routines, so we stopped taking this pill and returned to feeling normal within a couple days. I cannot say with 100% certainty that this supplement caused our depressed moods, but it was too coincidental for us to ignore. We just cannot take this supplement. It may work great for some people, but perhaps our particular body chemistry just doesn't play nice with this specific blend of ingredients. Everybody is different, so it may still be worth trying. Just be sure to listen to your body.
