ThreeH Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Digital Hygrometer with 3 Wireless Sensors Humidity Guage Accurate Temperature Monitor with Touchscreen LCD Backlight (3 Sensors)

I used similar devices for many years in another country with excellent performance, so bought this expecting similar trouble-free use. From the beginning, this has been poor. And now, 4 months after purchase, one of the 3 wireless monitors is quite dead (no signal, and batteries overheat and threaten to catch fire!), and the base unit is totally flaky.

There are 3 different wireless monitors but on the main home screen, the wireless monitor's ID number which is displayed to tell me which monitor's temp and humidity are being displayed are so small that they can't be read even when close up.This means that I can't tell which monitor's Temp and Humidity are being shown. Very irritating.

Neat and easy to set up, so far they have been excellent used in two greenhouses and outside. If like me you use them in a glass house shield them from direct sunlight to get accurate temps. Small issue as mentioned by someone else, the sensor number is small and feint on display although the actual readings are nice and bold.

My sister bought me a weather station years ago and the remote never worked. I started looking at new stations and new remotes but they were more expensive than I wanted to pay. I finally found a used sensor and settled for, I think around $11, the used one with my new base.When I built the grow house for my tomatoes I put the remote in it to monitor heating and make sure it didn't get too cold. Having remotes for outside and in my shop would be great though, especially during the winter, for knowing how warm to dress than just walking outside long enough to figure it out.When I spotted this unit with 3 remotes I jumped at the chance and ordered it. Now I have a remote outside, in my shop, and best of all in my grow house.The quality of the base and remotes is good. Nothing like a cheap made driveway alarm I picked up months ago that never would have lasted past the first rain. It has rained heavily since I put the outside remote in place and not even a glitch.I like that it rotates between the 3 sensors while keeping the indoor sensor steady and visible.I placed it next to my old one and, unless they are both way off, it is really accurate.The old one is plug-in with battery backup and with all the colors and readings don't believe it would last long on battery alone. The simple LCD of this new one should be easy on battery use and the backlight goes off automatically if you need to use it.Having humidity was never important before but with my tomatoes it is extremely important and this does have it.I was going to pack my old unit away but decided to keep one remote at one end of the grow house and a remote from this new one at the other. That way I can monitor the differences and adjust the angle of my heaters and/or do some more sealing of air gaps when needed.The old and new remotes are obviously on different frequencies as there is no interference or cross-reading from one to the other.Great product. Great value.

I ordered the pack with three sensors. But when the package arrived, only two were included.
