Good value for the money. Used on a Shark lift-away, basic model. Keeps the smell down. Traps a whole LOT of dust and hair, especially with a pet. I’m constantly amazed at how much dirt, dust, and hair gets vaccumed up, and these filters do a great job of trapping it all and not recirculating anything. Easy to replace. Worth replacing more often, especially at this price point.

I had my Shark vacuum for three years before I realized that the HEPA filter needed to be replaced. In my defense, I hate that appliances no longer have instruction manuals. Who knew? Anyways, I faithfully cleaned my vacuum after dumping out the canister, and washed the canister and the foam and felt filters. I decided to replace the felt and foam because there were no longer getting clean. That's when I discovered the error of my ways. I first had to learn where the HEPA filter was located, and how to remove it. After choking on a cloud of dust, I threw out the 3 year old filter. I got a face mask, and proceeded to scrub the entire vacuum clean. I gave it a day to dry completely, then put in all THREE filters. OMG! My vacuum has suction! I spent the day vacuuming out dust from my carpets that must have been there since Bill Clinton was president. (Insert your favorite Clinton joke here) Yes. Buy these filters. It's a fair price, and you will breathe easier, literally.

Don't know what to say other than it fit our vacuum just like the OEM version and the suction power returned back to like when it was brand new. You got to be careful about the Hepa filter that is at the front of the Vacuum that lets the exhaust air out. Most people do not replace them often because they look clean, but the truth is they clog easily and you will notice this because the Vacuum air is getting hotter and hotter due to the motor getting hotter. I did a test with a particle counter and when I put back in the old filter I had a reading of over 1500 ppm coming out of the exhaust. I put back in the new one and the reading dropped to 40ppm. So when you don't replace that filter your room is being filled with small dust particles from the Vacuums exhaust.

I should have ordered replacements long before this. These parts are so easy to replace and make the vacuuming experience much more effective. I will definitely order again when needed -- less expensive than having to purchase a new machine and extends the life of my existing vacuum.

With so many lackluster overseas filters coming into the us vacuum market it's nice to see a us based company if not manufacturing it here than at the very least ensuring quality control before it hits our vacuums. As I stated in the title this vacuum has from my admittedly very limited testing (Mostly via smoke and other simple closed loop/filter tests) has met or exceeded the OEM's (for those who dont know OEM stands for original equipment manufacturer) filters for a fraction of the cost. Here's the good - The filters are far more durable then most of the other non oem brands i've tried. - The pads have very small pores (Mind you this atleast in my testing has NOT affected airflow negatively) which allows it to capture the more aggravating allergens - The air thats coming from the front of my vacuum is smell free, which is very much appreciated. The one I had before this always produced a sickly chemical smell. Now for some of the bad - The foam pads do grey from dust/dirt it captures and it stains grey. Unfortunate but it's not like i'm entering it into any beauty competitions. - Wish they had more forward facing tests and certifications one could see to verify it's filtering abilities without testing it themselves. Though this process can be expensive they could always send them into trusted reviewers like vacuum wars or preferably the gold standard project farm (The absolute best reviewer for tools and general home stuff ever.) though he wouldn't take free samples so just trying to bring it to his attention would be fantastic.

It was difficult to find in store so we were happy to see it available on Amazon. It fits perfectly and it's working well.

These filters fit perfectly! I also like the foam filter, as it seems like a finer foam than the original one. Great value too!
