My mom is 80 years young, just started her first Tai Chi lesson last month. she wore her regular walking, flat casual shoes to the first class. her instructor informed her "ask your daughter order a Tai Chi shoes for you from Amazon". So, she came back and tell me....!!! OK....I searched and found this. She loves this, she feels comfort and definitely helps to turn and stabilize the whole time. it's true size for her; she wears women size 7.5. I order 7.5 women for her, with one finger space in front of her toes, is actually perfect and provide the flexibility for her to leave a little space while she turns. With the slip on to help her easy to change right before her class. I am happy because Mom is happy.

This purchase was a gamble on comfortability as I have flat feet and usually wear wide width shoes, but I was pleasantly surprised when these came in and they fit fairly well. They are very light so walking and running are enjoyable. They look really good. I wear them all they time and they have held up really well. Definitely worth the money. One downside is my dogs seem to love stepping on the heel as I am picking my foot up so my heel comes out, and with no support on the back it's not as easy to put back on as I would like. But not once has my heel come out without canine assistance.

Good shoes but the sole didn’t work well in tai chi classes where my foot had to slide on the floor in various poses. The grip of the sole on the floor made it difficult to slide easily. But the shoes were well made for its type.

For me they are really good for doing my home exercise

Though these shoes are reasonably priced, I am returning them because they are too big for me to feel secure in them during my Tai Chi classes.

simple and effective. Slightly larger, but almost true to size. I wear these around the house and outside just about every day.

I had previously purchased other martial arts shoes to get zero-drop, flexible shoes as recommended by my Tai Chi instructor. However, I have exceptionally wide feet, and sensitive bunions. I thought that the extra room in the toe box for these would do the trick... and it did! These are very comfortable, and allow me to get through the 1+ hour class standing the whole time with much less discomfort. I would recommend these, and may buy a second pair to keep in standby.

Potrzebowałam buty na zmianę do pracy, i te są idealne! Nie za ciasne (a o to głównie chodziło, żeby były wygodne na całe 8 godzin w biurze), mam szeroką stopę, i pasują idealnie. Zwykle noszę rozmiar 40 EU, i taki zamówiłam, pasuje świetnie. Mega polecam!

Great fit, comfortable material; will be a great value if they weather time well! 2026-07-10 Update: these are wearing extremely well! Have hand washed twice, wear them regularly indoors, and the look as good, and fit as well as they did the day I received them.

Ik heb de schoenen voor training en loop er ook buiten op. Ze lopen heel lekker en de maat voor mijn vrouw is best ruim. Voor mij zijn de schoenen aan de krappe kant.
