I was suffering from brain fog. So I purchased it. Rooted's product works for brain fog. The cost is a bit high. Recommended 1 - 2 capsules per day. Can just chew it or swallow with water. It is imported from China who is largest producer of Lion's mane mushroom. I did not have any side effects. Thanks.

This gave me terrible headaches. Maybe it's not for me, but do make sure mushroom doesn't trigger any of your underlying issues. Mushrooms aren't for everyone.

Lions Mane mashroom will destroy your sex drive , it will destroy permenently libido , I used just one capsule I got allergic reaction, this is one Dht blocker it will lead to people testosterone upto zero , both men and women please avoid

Just took a capsule and within the hour i could feel it's effects, the voices in my head are usually colliding at each other making it difficult to focus but that's not a problem anymore, i feel really focused, tunnel visioned to achieve my current objective with complete utter disregard for surroundings but when i choose to, i can also be highly alert and absord the intricate details present in my environment. It really is an amazing fungus, I'll try the product for an entire month and make another review if possible.
