I want to be clear when I start this review, my review is not at all a reflection of the sales process or the returns process. I found the seller to be quick and helpful, and I have purchased from them before and been very happy with their products. In addition I found that the UPS return process/Amazon return process to be easy and helpful.This is all about my unfortunate experience with "THIS" product. I first bought the item and it came missing only the hardware to mount it listed on the picture with the highlighted items. Everything else seemed in fine working condition and components seemed sturdy. I tried to set up only getting a hardware package to me, but I couldn't figure out how to do so and ended up having to send it all back in order to get a totally new and complete package.I sent the package back and all was going well, my new product came in the mail, and I attempted to unbox it. To my dismay the very first part I pulled out (listed as Part A - 1 pcs) which is the sliding component that allows the hidden part of the corner cabinet to slide back and forth fell apart in my hands and landed on the floor. (See pictures attached)Thinking that maybe a clip wasn't in properly, I reassembled it only to find out that the fit was to loose to hold on one side where if you slid the tray back and forth (with minor force) it caused the clips to come undone and bracket to fall apart.Notice I didn't give a rating to easiness to install, solely because I was never able to test that part of the process.I spent a lifetime in manufacturing, so I wouldn't be surprised if I just had bad luck with the two I received - however I am going to move on to another solution for my corner cabinet.I normally don't write negative reviews and I have no hard feelings. I expect that my refund will be processed promptly and this review should be considered for this individual product only and not a poor reflection of the seller or other products made by the same manufacturer.

We went through several products before deciding on this one, as a follow up to many reviews we did have instructions in english though it was mostly pictures anyways and measurements were metric... The installation was pretty straight forward and the unit is solidly built. It does leave a good amount of space in our cabinet which is unusable however, that's my biggest complaint from this unit. The shelves take up 7.5" for the section which slides out of the cabinet and the piece which slides across is 17.5". This leaves 14" of wasted space in our 48" long x 24" deep cabinet, there is some additional space in the front which is still usable but not covered by the shelves unfortunately.There was one other anomaly with this I ran into and it didn't seem to be covered in the installation steps or reviews so it may be me but the piece which causes the back portion to slide over will drop out of contact and cause it to lock up and not slide... It was solved with a wood shim in a few minutes but it was a frustration I encountered during installation.

There’s no value this is a waste of money.The instructions were poor, and the functionality of this product is worthless.With the blind corner cabinet, I could still at least get into the back section to pull things in an out of

The instructions for this organizer is in Chinese. You'll have to follow the pictures to put it together. It took extra time (more time than I cared to devote) to put it together, but it works great and offers extra storage space to our cabinet. Each tray rests on their bracket, so probably not sturdy enough to carry a lot of weight. We store lids and containers in the trays and works fine.

This trays do not extend as desired. Very difficult to install

My handyman had a hard time to figure out the unclear instructions and diagrams. Turns out it won't work in a cabinet next to my stove. Company worked with me and was very helpful. They offered up English instr via video but I ordered different cabinet design from same seller.

This does not add any additional storage, if anything it takes away storage and is useless.

Dislike how hard it was to install and sometimes it is difficult to use
