Dymatize 100% Pure Glutamine, Unflavored, 10.6 Oz

Glutamine has been a part of my daily life for nearly 20 years. If I'm having a protein shake, I mix some Glutamine in to add the Glutamine already in the shake. If I'm having oatmeal, I mix a spoon of Glutamine in. The health benefits have long been discussed. I don't think it's a placebo effect. I've worked in nearly all forms of construction over those 20 years and can say I'm one of the least groaning and moaning 40 year old men in construction. I figure we shouldn't count the 18-24 year old ones since they seem to moan and groan about everything. Several of the guys I have been working with for over a decade have also started using it in the same ways I do.This is my preferred brand, I like how easy it mixes and the slightest flavor it adds to plain oatmeal. If not for the FDA, I would tell you this product works very good. Instead, I'm stuck telling you it mixes easily, has only the slightest of flavor (sort of a vanilla) and it doesn't cause any stomach distress. I hope Amazon keeps carrying it. I'll keep buying.

I mix this with Dymatize protein. Its really bland, almost tasteless if you take it straight out of the blender bottle. Great product. Mixes well, no lumps.

The first time trying Dymatize product and I am impressed with the quality of this glutamine. I have used a lot of different glutamine and this one by far my favorite. the taste is great, the results are real.

Muscle heads have used this product for years to cut down on muscle soreness after workout but it has other benefits. It helps heal digestive problems and keeps things flowing REGULARLY. If you get gassy or stomach upset in the evenings this will help eliminate those. For the size and price this product is a steal as I have been paying half for only a quarter the amount from a well known retailer.

mixes well, no flavor does what its supposed to. Great for muscle recovery after continuous heavy workouts. Glutamine is not going to help you build muscle, but it is going to help your body recover and make your soreness last for shorter periods of time than if you aren't taking it.

Lo compré de oferta y me encantó. No tiene ningún sabor. Cuando se mezcla con agua no se siente ningún sabor.Me hubiera gustado que traiga la cuchara con medición, o si la tiene debe estar en el fondo.Combinando con una buena alimentación estoy ganando masa muscular rápido.
