It’s just the extension
It’s an extension.If you haven’t got the square shower head it won’t fit a standard head but the bottom half will. Male/Female fitting thing.Look at the photo.

It actually does the job!
So I've managed to install my Moen rain shower head into a handheld shower hose.However it does seem a bit brittle that it might just decent to small in half. But a week later it seems fine so far. The item depends a lot on the weight of the rain shower head and the wall shower mount being strong enough to keep it held up.If you just have a friction mount them you'll struggle a lot.But so fast so good!

Doesn’t even attach properly just slips as you cannot get it tight enough, water also just leaks out the sides
