Update- I had a mascara emergency recently ( I lost it while applying in the car, stoped, of course) or it fell out of the car for the walk of tardy shame for kid 2….it was a run into Walgreens and I didn’t want to spend a ton for what I may find later. Welcome to my life Wet n wild in the purple tube (waterproof over my primer), it has the same brush, I still poked myself in the eye, but I could tell no difference. Price tag, under $3 on sale. Zero flaking, zero smudge. Never did I think I would love a $3 mascara. Maybe fresher than this one? IDK. I may just have been converted. Original/ First I will say that I am a total mascara snob, I do not go ANYWHERE without mascara on. I have used Lancôme for 20+ years and any time I found the “next greatest” mascara and tried it I was so disappointed. I read lots of reviews and could hardly believe that THIS product could be this amazing. I expected a good mascara but nothing that blew me away. I was so wrong! The first time I tried it my lashes looked amazing! I have long and very thick lashes so many mascaras clump the lashes together, even my beloved Lancôme. The ones that do not clump do not seem to produce any noticeable results. THIS mascara not only gave perfect coverage from root easily to tip, it is a perfect level of thickness. There is NO CLUMPING! I have used it over my Lancôme primer just because I find that I get less under the eye mascara as the day progresses. However when I haven’t the lashes still look long, thick and defined. And it is absolutely the best single cosmetic product I have ever used! The brush took a few tries to really feel like I got it, but making sure the very tip is wiped is key to a random blob on my lid. I admit that having used different brushes for so long that I stabbed myself in the eye the first time I used it but that was entirely my fault. I also have always used a waterproof mascara, in heat and humidity it just stays better, however this has amazing staying power. I often fall asleep without removing makeup, but this is still looking great when I get up and is easily removed by my usual facial cleanser. I have not needed eye makeup remover. This was by far the best purchase I have made in a long time. Everyone needs to try this!!! I will add pictures if I can to the review. Edit- I am now on maybe my 4th tube (the first one is still pretty “fresh” and have tried a few others since buying this (ok, I’m obsessed with mascara!) AND given this as gifts multiple times and this still is by far the best mascara I’ve ever used. I have not gotten the waterproof version even though that is normally what I would go with because this one stays put so well. Seriously not sure how it is so inexpensive. Love it and everyone I have given this to has then ordered it.

I’ve used several Vivienne Sabó products over the years and have always been pleased with them. Their eye makeup tends to work well for hooded eyes because it doesn’t smudge or tug on the skin. This mascara is the latest addition to my collection, and I love the vibrant color. I have an eclectic style and often wear vintage-inspired dresses, so colored mascaras feel more like an accessory than just makeup. They really help brighten up my very pale complexion, and since my natural lashes are white-blonde, the pigment shows up especially well. The applicator does a good job coating and separating the lashes, and the formula applies evenly and never clumps. At the end of the day, it removes easily with a cotton pad and oil-free makeup remover, which I really appreciate. Best of all, the company is cruelty-free, which is a must for me! I've been using the mascara for a few years now, and it continues to be a superior product. It goes on easily and separates and elongates my lashes. The only criticism I have is that it dries up pretty quickly.

As a senior woman who faces the problem of thining eyelashes, this product works great. It does add volume, curls, lengthens, doesn’t clump, flake, is smudge proof and washable. The only con I found was unless you wipe “some” of the product off at the “tip” of the wand with a clean tissue before using, it will go on too thick. I also follow with an eyelash brush (I use an old toothbrush) to help separate lashes further. This is the best mascara for the price that I have used that actually DOES what it says. Will definitely buy again!

It's a nice suble green. However it is not the same color as it is advertised in the photos, like an emerald green. I hoping it was Emerald green but mine is no where near Emerald. It's like an olive mixed with sage green. Not as noticeable as the advertised picture but still nice.

This is an excellent brand of mascara! I have dark lashes, but the tips are light, so I thought at least I the tips would turn super purple. I'm afraid they did not. In a magnifying mirror the tips looked purple but the base looked black. In real person, I asked 2 family members and they did not see the purple even after 2 coats. (I had one eye with no mascara and the other eye with the purple). But... LOTS of great attributes ... I will keep using it because it does make my light tips look dark and stand out. And if the light hits it perfectly, someone may see a hint of purple. My favorite color! I love the wand and how the mascara goes on smoothly. It helps to separate the lashes and not let clumping occur. The handle is thin and makes it easy to hold and apply the mascara. The mascara stays put and does not flake off. And when you are ready to take it off, it came off easily for me with Dove unscented bar soap. The price point is excellent for a quantity and for a quality mascara that works exactly as it should. No need for super high dollar products that don't work as well.

Every time I look for a mascara on Amazon it shows me this stuff and they finally offered a coupon as well so I decided to try it bc it was cheaper than what I normally use. I was expecting the reviews to be mostly hype but am surprised and happy to report that this mascara is actually pretty damn good. It doesnt irritate my eyes in the least. I've had a lot of problems lately with mascaras and eye allergies so it's nice to know it's not all of them causing problems. I like the longer thinner brush this has. I was about to purchase a Lancome mascara bc I loved the brush on one of theirs, but this has a similar type brush. More control and precision. The formula surprised me. It is ink black. I didn't realize that a lot of my black mascaras weren't this black lol. The formula isn't too wet or too dry but it leans more towards to wet side if that makes sense. It goes on very nicely and separates my lashes. It dries completely and the part that impressed me the most is it dries so soft! No crunchy stiff lashes. No clumping. It is the least mascara looking mascara I've tried in terms of finished texture of your lashes. I have blonde invisible lashes naturally so it is awesome that this mascara makes them so dark and natural looking. I've had absolutely zero flaking or smudging with this. It stays looking good, no surprises in the mirror hours later. It does require eye makeup remover imo though. I took a shower and washed my face and still had raccoon eyes but it removed easily with eye makeup remover. Happily surprised with this!

Love this mascara! Creates volume easy applicator coat even the smallest lashes. Does not clump and washes off easily. Great price point for a beauty product made it Italy.

Although the green doesn't show up that well on my dark lashes, this mascara gives a softer look overall to the eye area. Black can sometimes look a bit harsh on my more mature eyes! The green is a lovely dark olive shade and the mascara does a great job in lengthening the lashes. So much so that my daughter actually commented how long and lovely my lashes were looking and asked what mascara I was using. She ordered it straightaway for herself. I have found it doesn't clump, doesn't flake and doesn't irritate my eyes. Compared to other mascara's I have used - Chanel, Lancome, Benefit, Bare Minerals etc - this mascara in my opinion sits up there with the best of them and for less than half the price! I am definitely going to try a couple of the other shades out.
