works perfectly in synology ds923+
I installed the 32GB pair in a Synology DS923+. This worked perfectly and no warnings were triggered by the Synology software. This is a crucial upgrade if you plan to run a lot of containers or want additional RAM for caching recently accessed files.

Worked like a charm on DS1821+
Open the back slot, pull out existing 4GB chip, add the two 16GB chips and close the slot.NAS booted up quick n nice. The basic OS and operations in general are snappy. They had become slow after about 2 months of use and this put things back to a comfortable experience.Tried opening closing apps, playing 4k videos on Plex and did not see any issues.

Works great with Synology 923+ no warnings!
This memory was one of the best choices recommended by one British guy from YT. No warning on NAS interface - system can see full 32gb. This one is great for the money. No problem installing too, just like any other DDR replacement - pull the pins, remove the old one, click in the new ones. No crashes or errors. Checked for it before posting.

DS 1522 + , Perfect fit, buy it
Upgraded my DS1522+ with this kit. Works perfectly, the machine recognizes it’s not OEM ram but gives no error. Can’t speak for other models. Did ram testing x 3 as recommended. No problems. Rock stable 24/7 for last 5 months. Helps with speed and cache, needed for VMs.

Compatible with Synology DS1522+ NAS.
For the USA version of the Synology DS1522+ NAS, it has been reliable without any messages of incompatibility or of non-supported RAM. So far even after several updates to the NAS OS, it has worked flawlessly. You may not need more ram than the standard 8gb if you use it only for photos, files, and as a family web server. I tested memory utilization and mostly stayed at 12 percent after all pictures and files were synchronized since most family users will occasionally use it for photo syncing only. More ram mostly benefits a single virtual OS running on this NAS box or having many users utilize the services at the same time. The processor will probably not handle more than one virtual image anyway and only businesses with many active concurrent users will actually benefit from having more RAM. I will update this page if issues crop up in the future and will find out how customer support handles the issue.

Works with my Synology DS1522+
Easy 32gb upgrade to the stock 8gb ECC ram. Prior to upgrade, I kept receiving out-of-memory errors due to large size Plex database. Now, the NAS is running smoothly at 32gb ram with no warnings or issues thus far.

Works with DS923+. no problem.
I've set this DS923+ with 32GB of ram a shown above. It's working great with a few moderately sized 4TB WD Red Pro drives. Customer has it running with Synology Directory and SMB / NFS Shares. They're going to love this.Picture preview doesn't show it but those are the hardware numbers showing it IS working with the DS923+ RAM is also ECC as advertised.The reason I gave 4 stars is this ram came in little pink antistatic bags NOT the hard plastic case as pictured above. It was shipped in a flimsy bubble wrapped envelope as well.The product is great but I'm not impressed by how it was packaged / shipped.

Worked in my Synology NAS DS1821+ with DSM version 7.2.1-69057 Update 5
Turned the NAS Off. Inserted the RAM and turned the NAS back on without any beeps or error messages.I confirmed it was now showing 32GB instead of 4GB which was the original Synology RAM stick I had via the DSM --> Info Center.

Works perfectly on Synology DS923+
After reading the reviews and decided to get one for my Synology DS923+. The NAS has no problems detecting the 2 SODIMM modules and I’m happy to have 32 GB on my NAS right now

Product works well with Synology DS923+. 1 point could be better is the packaging, it’s only packed in mailer wrap which the seller place high confidence in delivery guy sending the product. Luckily it was working without an issue
