Will they fit 1983 el camino

They may fit with an adapter. However, I ordered these and they did NOT have a hi/lo beam. They had one setting which was extremely bright, but when switching between hi and lo they just turn off and on. I tried every wiring configuration and the only wiring that worked had one setting. I returned mine.

Will these fit a 1990 peterbilt 379?

We've used these in Pete 378's and they work splendidly. They will fit the same as the standard 4x6 sealed beam, but read the install instructions thoroughly. Also, be sure to remove rubber cap from the vent so no moisture clouds it up. We also run these on various years KW T800's as well, without any issues whatsoever.

Well, if it is a direct replacement than it should not be hard. However I don’t know if it is or even being legal to install them as head lights, check to see if they are DOT approved first.

do i need plug adapters for light replacement h4656 and h4651?

Usually they are plug and play replacements for h4656, it maybe needs adapters if your original one does not have a standard plug.
