Quality of the product is very low as regards to its strength: gets tearing on joints while pulling also gets out of shape on applying medium push while fitting .so it’s of use for me . I don’t want a replacement.Refund requested .

Size: Ordered for 10feet but the actual size was around 6 even after lot of stretching. Installation mechanic also confirmed the same. From product perspective it is fine but seller should double check before sending, deducting 2 stars for the same.

Works as advertised. Strong, flexible, correct size. Thick aluminium, not the thin Lays-packet foil
I used this for a ceiling-mounted exhaust fan. This duct is durable yet flexible -- it did a 90 degree turn in a tight spot with no issues. I had to modify one end as the pipe the builder had left was a bit narrower than this pipe -- use a hacksaw and make four cuts (as if you are cutting a cake, or a pizza) and then make a cone. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO USE THE RIGHT TAPE FOR THIS. PREFERABLY ALUMINIUM FOIL TAPE. OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE AIR LEAKS AND PERFORMANCE REDUCTION.
