The gel is not strong enough to provide good arch support

Waste of money!
Please do not buy this product. It is very uncomfortable as it slips and the arch pad doesn't stay in place. We have to keep adjusting it every minute. It is a waste of money as it is a non-returnable product. Go for adhesive arch support silicone pads instead which can be directly stuck onto the footwear.
