Must have for protein and calorie cuts
Id be honest, it very difficult to mix without the use of a power mixer, i got a coffee wisking mixer, the taste is ok. But its alot of protein with minimal calories so its does the job for me

Convenient but Barely edible
It's convenient because you can store it easily and you can replace this for eggs in most recipes but it brings with it a very distinct horrible aftertaste and smell. I wish it didn't smell or taste this bad because it really is quite convenient.
