Love these! Yes, assembly required but totally worth it!! Had wonderful party with these cute additions!!

Very cheap, very small, very disappointed. These are party hats for a child's party, assembly is difficult because the paper doesn't bend smoothly, the tabs to connect the sides are very hard to attach. The elastic chin straps have a sticky blob on a cellophane that's supposed to hold them on (I had to just give up and use scotch tape). Despite the cute patterns and colors, the product is an epic fail. I threw away the used and unused items after the party. Save yourself some time and disappointment.

As described. I don't think this will fit on adults, maybe toddlers. You do have to assemble them. It comes with pom poms for the top of the hat but I didn't add them. I used them for my daughter's Sesame Street crew for her birthday. They fit perfectly for what I needed them for.

I love the color and the appearance of all the hats. They can rip pretty easily when putting them together so have some tape handy. If you’re using them to put on stuffed animals and toys to surprise a little one, absolutely get them! If your intention is for actual party hats, I’d look at something more durable.
