It kind of toned my face after multiple uses . Use all the tools into upward direction .I had saggy skin under my chin and near jaw area . Stuck With a Damaged Product
Received a damaged product. I tried to get it exchanged, but the delivery agent called only once and didn’t answer when I called back. Now the exchange period has ended, and I’m stuck with a damaged product despite trying to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.

Extending warranty issue
The product itself seems fine, but I’m a bit disappointed with the warranty registration process. I tried multiple times to register through the QR code and also directly through the website, but it keeps showing an error or invalid message. Because of this issue, I’m unable to extend my warranty period. I hope the company improves their website or provides better support for warranty registration
