Very enjoyable

Texture is a bit weird as it's really smooth but it actually tastes okay, maybe slightly sweet for me but not the worst.

I am not keen on porridge for breakfast nor a huge fan of oatmeal and I tend to avoid cinnamon, but this one has me convinced! It is delightful!I find that the texture improves and becomes thicker if mixed the evening before and left overnight in the fridge. It also gives the pieces of apple time to properly rehydrate.As with all flavours, it's a matter of preference, but I find this sweetened oatmeal porridge with pieces of apple and a touch of cinnamon delightful. I look forward to it all morning (I eat it mid-morning) and I think the portion size is just right. I even bought some beautiful little breakfast bowls to suit the portion size as I want to stick with the exact same portion size later on when I go back to my normal breakfast (sugar free soy youghurt sprinkled with sugar free müesli and fresh blueberries).When too much water is added, it becomes a bit runny and soupy but still tastes great, I do however prefer a thicker texture so I measure the amount of water carefully and use a little bit less.It's super fast and easy: mix, shake, microwave. It's instant breakfast - it doesn't get easier than that.Remember to add the water to the shaker first, then the sachet, then shake. And for best results: leave overnight in the fridge.

It works with any life style easy to use and you don't feel hungry you need a microwave for some of the meals

I found these really hard to take, because of the texture. They certainly keep you feeling full. Going back tomilk shakes instead

The taste is so artificial and horrendous. It’s not at all how it’s described. The shakes and omelette are really nice but this is awful and they won’t let me return it.

I’ve used these for years from a variety of KETO suppliers.Since Covid the prices have risen a lot.It’s my fave tasting breakfast. The oats fill me up nicely until my evening meal.

Preis/Leistung ist o.k. Der Geschmack ist auch o.k., d.h. im Vergleich zu den deutlicht teuren Produkten von OPTIFAST schmeckt die "Apple Cinnamon" -Mahlzeit nicht schlechter. Ich habe aber auch kein kulinarischen Hochgenuß von so einem Diätprodukt erwartet und war daher nicht enttäuscht.
