Essential Amino Acids (EAA) Powder - Flavoured - Vegan (250g, Sour Apple)

I add this to smoothies or banana custard or put it in capsules. Take three teaspoons a day, one in my morning smoothie and one in another smoothie in the afternoon and in capsules in the evening. I feel more energetic when I've taken it and my mind is clearer. It doesn't taste of anything so that's good when adding it to smoothies. Tends to float in water so hence putting it in smoothies. So I'm pleased with it thus far.

Used Peak supplements before and never been disappointed

Difficult to say whether performance is gained from supplements so lets just assume it does what it says on the tin, the main things with these type of products are, does it taste good and does it mix well... I can confirm the answer is yes to both, it does froth up a bit but soon mixes in well, the sour apple flavour does not taste like sour apple, it tastes exactly like granny smith apples, which is fine, it's also thirst quenching particularly intra workout. The only reason for 4 stars is that if you leave it too long it starts to go off/foul smell, but that's fine if you just mix enough for what you need and consume, it takes a few hours before the smell happens so plenty of time.
