Super Yacon Syrup 1000

This a nice tasting yacon syrup. I've used about 3 bottles now. The only problem I have with it is that it arrives partially solid - kind of like thick caramel. Is there any way to prevent this hardening? I use it after it is hardened, so no problem there, but you can't get the syrup OUT. Many yacon syrup bottles bottles are like yours, small at the neck. When the yacon begins to thicken, it is almost impossible to get the yacon out! Would a larger opening be possible? I have to get my husband to cut the plastic bottle open so I can scrap the remainder out. Not fun.

I should have listened to other reviews. this syrup hardened in the bottle and its hard as hell to get out. that has never ever happened with other yacon syrup I have purchased. I do not recommend purchasing this, save your money and buy another brand this was a waste of $.

This brand has more of the solids on the bottom. If you immediately cut the bottle top off and scrape out the solids, you can mix it up. Tastes great, just wish they'd package in wide mouth glass jars instead.
