Cheap.I bought this for my daughter to put her dance costumes in for her dance recitals. I like the size of it and all the generously sized pockets. The bigger inside pockets are roomy enough to put her tap shoes in with extra room to spare. That was a pleasant surprise. There is a nice metal hook on the inside to hang the entire bag up to access the main compartment. I liked that feature too. Plus, the chevron design we chose was just cute and the outside material seemed to be made of a thicker canvas that looked like it would be reasonably durable.HOWEVER, two zippers came off the first time she used it. These were the zippers of the biggest inside pockets. The problem was that the ends of the zipper teeth were not sewn closed into the seam, so the zipper could just be pulled right off without meaning to when closing the compartment. Upon further inspection, the main zipper compartment could easily do the same as this zipper wasn't closed in the seam either. The material used for the inside is extremely poor quality! Very very cheap and thin. I could see through it. Also, while hanging up, two of the zipper compartments were upside down. The only way to access these compartments without the contents falling out would be to lay the bag down flat before opening them. I didn't like that design at all. It would be better if the top of all the compartments faced the same direction so one could access them when it's hanging open.Overall, I loved the design and style of this bag. I just wish it was made out of better materials and with better attention to quality. Amazon is sending me a replacement bag, but I'm just going to return for a refund because I feel even the replacement would be too poorly made to want to keep. It's a shame because this bag has so much potential.

My daughter travels a lot with school clubs. Maybe 5-6 times during the school year. I was looking for something much sturdier than this, but also lightweight so she’d be able to easily carry it if I weren’t there. This has proven to be exactly what we needed. She’s dragged it everywhere for the past year and a half and it still looks new. It holds a lot too. She does Model UN conferences which require suits. She brought two suits, two extra pairs of pants, four shirts and a pair of heels in there this past weekend and she could have easily fit another suit. It has great pockets too, so she can slide in a pair of flats or stockings. She told me nothing wrinkled, so it really is as good as a much sturdier and heavier leather bag. Also, as soon as she gets somewhere she can easily hang it in the closet. I highly recommend this bag.

The product appears well made. I think it would be fine for children's clothes, costumes or shorter women's tops. I had intended to use it to take some tunic tops to a wedding. My tops generally run 30" - 34" long, so I thought 40" would be plenty long. However, there is at least a very long drop from the top of the hanging hook to the place you put your hanger, then the drop of the hanger itself. My clothes would have been in a puddle at the bottom. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was folded in half and zipped. I did look it over for flaws, but the lengthy drop issue escaped my notice, so I tossed the packing materials and they were picked up before I could get back to retrieve them. So I now have a cute garment bag that I can't use and it's too late to return it, nor do I have the wide, flat box it came in, so I guess I will have to donate it!

I have been working this bag for two and a half years traveling almost weekly for work and I love it. And I've been hard on it. Stuffing it beyond capacity, to the point where I broke the yoke across the top from hanging too much in it. I just cut a small cain pole and nested it in the frame and just kept going. The pockets are generous, two large, two small. I carry shoes, jackets, sweaters, pants (up to 3-outfits) and sometimes I think it's never going to zip and it amazingly does. Good hardware and hangs well on the door. The interior is fraying a bit, but no holes or tears and has a sturdy exterior. Although mine was the earlier version with the black strap and trim. I just recommended this bag to a friend who has admired mine.

This hanging garment bag is so cute! It was just what I needed in a pinch. The pockets are awesome, very deep and study. I carried a number of shoes in them. Actually, I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and the Bride instructed me last minute not to put any of the items I needed for the wedding in my checked luggage. Although I would have liked a longer bag for the dress, the longer bags did not have the pockets that this bag had, not the print. It held up so well! My only wish, other than a longer version, was that the bag also come with an options shoulder strap.

Perfect bag for my daughter's dance recital costumes! It had the perfect amount if room to hold her costumes, shoes, makeup, etc. I added a monogram for a little personalization and my daughter loves it! My only piece of criticism is that the picture appears to be more of a bright sky blue but it is more of green blue but it's still a beautiful color.

I used this to hang my daughters dance recital costumes. I easily fit 4 costumes. Their were 4 inside pockets for accessories and shoes. Unfortunately one of the zippers came completely off track the first time I used it. I was able to put it back on but it came off again the next time I used it. I not longer use that pocket.

Really loved this bag upon purchase, but after a season of use (competitive figure skating) the stitching just didn't hold up. The seam between the zipper and body of the garment bag has ripped and there is a big hole now. There are also many loose threads around each of the zipper pouches on the inside.
